How Skin Tightening Through Soft Tissue works

Skin tightening with Palomar uses pulses of infrared light to create fractional areas of deep heating. These heated areas coagulate tissue in the dermis and hypodermis while Advanced Contact Cooling preserves the epidermis and upper dermis. The body's natural healing response generates new tissue, reducing skin laxity and causing the skin to appear tighter.
